When responsibility meets doubt

Imagine entering a room where others expect you to have an answer. You know parts of the situation well. Other parts are new. Saying so feels consequential.

A title does not remove uncertainty. Nor does doubt establish that someone is unqualified. The question is what the role needs from you now: a decision, a question, a request for expertise, or a clear statement of what remains unknown.

It would be misleading to infer one brain mechanism from a feeling, or use a survey percentage to explain every leader’s experience. AATAM does not diagnose impostor syndrome or claim to treat it.
