Look closely at the task and the interruptions before deciding how to organise your attention.
Imagine returning to the same paragraph after several messages. You recognise the words but need to reconstruct the argument. The interruption has changed the work in front of you.
A single productivity percentage cannot describe every task, person or kind of interruption. Some work needs sustained attention. Some requires responsiveness. A useful arrangement begins with what the situation actually demands.
What are you trying to finish? Which interruption would deserve an immediate response? What can wait until you reach a natural stopping point?
Those questions can lead to an ordinary experiment: give one chosen task an interval of attention, then see what helped and what got in the way. No special identity as a focused person is required.
AATAM makes a different interval inviting: time inside a sound-built world. It is designed for engagement and self-exploration, with no promised percentage improvement in productivity.
